SOLD — L620 Savanna Beige GTV ’67 Beetle

Vehicle Information:
Back on the market at a lower price, listed on folkswerks this L620 Savanna Beige GTV ’67 is very unique. I’ll let the information speak for itself.

“Originally a California car, this bug has been family owned for the last sixteen years and has been very well cared for. I have owned this ’67 VW Bug for the last four years. I got it from my Dad who owned it for twelve years before me. My Dad bought it from a former co-worker of his in ’96. The previous owner to my Dad, painted the exterior and rebuilt the engine to 1600cc in ’95. My Dad added the Flat-4 BRM rims and Flat-4 GTV steering wheel in ’99. During my ownership, I have added a locking Gene Berg Signature Series shifter and Gene Berg Traction Bar. And with my friends at folkWerks, we added the VintageSpeed exhaust.

This ’67 comes with:

•Sapphire V – 1967 Radio
•Owner’s Manual
•Volkswagen Birth Certificate
•1967 Brochures
•Red Top Optima Battery
•Locking Gene Berg Signature Series shifter
•Gene Berg Traction Bar
•VintageSpeed Exhaust System

The bug has been babied during my ownership only coming out of the garage on nice days for a cruise or cruise-in or car show. Super solid and sorted, get in, turn the key and go…” – Rick Pogue

Hello, I'm Eric. I started Air-Cooled Artifacts (previously, and Lane Russell). I drive a '67 Beetle daily and love to share vintage Volkswagen stories with the world.

  1. Sweet looking 67. Just a little added performance items is a nice touch.

  2. I agree. You know me the purist. However, I can appreciate a bit of custom now and then.

    1. This is a beauty Eric. I like the added touches.

  3. Nice I like the look!! Just the right touches. Slick!

  4. Really a nice blend of stock and vintage custom. Great price, too. This one won’t last long!

    1. Agreed. I think it’s been on the market awhile.
