Back on the market through eBay, this L456 ruby red ’67 Beetle is in respectable condition and was purchased from the original owner. I love seeing all the correct German metal in place, the way diejenigen Deutschen (those Germans) intended it to be.

There are a few things in the engine and interior that are not correct. However, they are typical items that are replaced over the years. It would not take much at all to make this car 100%. This one will go fast.

    Wow! That’s really low miles for a 45 year old car. This would be an easy one to restore.

      I tend to doubt the odometer has never rolled over. It seems almost impossible.

    Less than a thousand miles a year? Maybe. The ad says, twenty years under a cover, repainted once. It still has the color code sticker under the washer bottle. Hideous front seat covers!

    I really like this one. It’s pretty close to looking like an all original car, except little things. Outside rear view mirror stands out as wrong too.
