Don Barker’s L639 Zenith Blue ’67 Beetle was featured here at 1967beetle.com about a year ago. He recently sent over some new photos to better illustrate his story. It seems some fantastic progress has been made.
Also, Don has submitted some great articles to 1967beetle.com.
Thanks, Don, for sharing your ’67 with 1967beetle.com.

Love the paint booth on the front lawn!
Hey Mike! Eric suggested I contact you for Tips on how the navigate the YOM Program! I have plates and a 1967 Sticker coming, but anyone having dealt with DMV can understand why I am tense about it! I will download/print the articles in 1967beetle.com, but any suggestions, like do I attach the sticker before I go in, would be appreciated!
Thanks,
Richard

AWESOME !!!! Great job, Don!
Nice job! I really wish I had the skill, and courage, to accomplish the whole restoration myself! Very nice!
I’m restoring a 67 that was burnt. Almost have it back to looking like a bug again. Hope by next year it will . A lot of fun but a lot of head scratching. But will build another. Not my first. But no means my last!
