The Finishing Touches for Your Vintage Volkswagen™

Posted by Eric Shoemaker

Hello, I'm Eric. I started I also own Lane Russell, a leading supplier of VW parts for your classic Volkswagen restoration. I drive a '67 Beetle daily and love to share vintage Volkswagen stories with the world.

  1. Eric,Thanks for sharing this. Everett’s site has been a great source for VW parts, cars and info. I have bought many parts over the years from the site as well as sold 4 VW cars on the site. Thank you Everett!

    1. Timm,
      Sure! Everett’s a nice guy.

  2. The Samba is one of the very best VW sites there is. Thanks Everett for having the foresite to create such a wonderful resource for the classic VW enthusiast!

  3. Everett Barnes and Eric Shoemaker are both visionaries.
They looked out at the world and saw a need for something. Then they filled that need making the world a better place for the rest of us. We need more people like them.

    1. Mike,
Shucks. I’m just like you guys. I just love these old cars, as they all have a unique story that the world needs to hear.

  4. Hats off to both of you! Cheers! I think Mike pretty much summed it up for most of us, if not, all of us. A “special thanks to both of you” for making this world a better place for us. By bringing all of us together for a common cause and by preserving what once was and still is apart of us, the Volkswagen. Thank you, Jaime 1967 Zenith Blue Beetle.
